By accessing or using Konvertikon ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.
Konvertikon provides a cloud-based file conversion and management platform. The Service allows users to upload files, convert them between supported formats, manage file storage, and collaborate within organizations. We support 70+ file formats across documents, images, videos, audio, spreadsheets, and archives.
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Konvertikon offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed annually. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
Files uploaded to the Service are stored securely and are accessible only to authorized users within your organization. We do not access, view, or share your files except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law. Converted output files are retained according to your plan's storage limits.
You retain all rights to the content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and store your files solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
The Konvertikon name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of Konvertikon. You may not use these without prior written consent.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. In no event shall Konvertikon be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request your data within 30 days of termination; after that period, your data may be permanently deleted.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
